Kumpulan Pengurusan Kayu Kayan Trengganu Sdn. Bhd. (KPKKT), in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Setiu Wetlands, and SM Imtiaz Yayasan Terengganu. This two-day initiative aimed to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable forest practices, in line with the principles of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). Activities included a beach cleanup at Kampung Mangkuk, where 120 kg of waste was collected, and the planting of 80 Rhizophora apiculata (Mangrove) trees led by Setiu Wetlands. On the second day, students from SM Imtiaz YT Setiu attended a session on sustainable forest management delivered by Puan Arnina binti Rahmad, Head of Operations at KPKKT. The program was officiated by Mr. Zulkifli bin Omar, Head of Corporate Services at Golden Pharos Berhad.
