KPKKT participated in the MSME Global Talent Management Leader Program held at Al Safina Kijal Beach Resort & Restaurant, Kijal, organized by Smart Progeny Resources PLT. This three-day intensive program gathered corporate leaders and human resource managers to strengthen talent management strategies within organizations.
Participants were exposed to key modules including War of Talent, talent analytics, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent matrix assessment.
