The Social Impact Assessment (SIA) program continued for its second day around the Dungun Timber Complex (DTC), reflecting strong collaboration between KPKKT’s Compliance & Certification Department and the local communities. The session focused on visits and surveys in Kampung Pasir Raja, Kampung Shukor, Kampung Jongok Batu, as well as the surrounding areas of Kampung Kuala Jengai, Kampung Rantau Panjang, and Jerangau. Beyond strengthening relationships with nearby communities, KPKKT remains committed to ensuring that all its operations are conducted responsibly while continuing to bring positive impact and benefits to the local population.
