KICK OFF MEETING ON RISK CHALLENGE SESSIONS ('RICHES')
Group Risk Management (“GRM”) of Terengganu Incorporated Sdn. Bhd. (“Terengganu Inc”) has been mandated to establish and implement the Risk Challenge Session (“RiCHES”) within Terengganu Incorporated and its subsidiaries.
The RiCHES program is an extension of the Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) process, with the objective, among others, of challenging, reviewing, and updating the existing corporate risk register. In this process, various risk monitoring tools such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (“RCSA”), Key Risk Indicators (“KRI”), and Loss Event Reporting (“LER”) will be applied to effectively identify control gaps within operations.
