The Golden Pharos Berhad Group has conducted a workshop to review all Discretionary Authority Limits (DAL), which was chaired by the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GPB. DAL is an important document that serves as an effective internal control mechanism for managing operational and administrative processes. DAL also needs to be reviewed every two years.
