Working Experience

She began her career in forestry and environmental work in May 2009 as a Lab Assistant (part-time) at the Faculty of Forestry, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), followed by a Research Assistant position at INTROP, UPM in May 2010. She later served as a Part-time Instructor with Outward Bound Malaysia in 2006 and 2007, supporting outdoor and adventure-based training programmes.

In September 2011, she joined Kumpulan Pengurusan Kayu Kayan Terengganu (KPKKT) as a Forest Officer, where she was involved in FSC certification compliance, environmental and social impact assessments, nursery supervision, and occupational safety and health duties. She then moved to Forestry Training Centre Terengganu (PLPT), FDPM in October 2012 as an Assistant Forest Trainer, managing training programmes, staff development activities, and training module evaluation.

From February 2015, she served at the Pahang State Forestry Department (JPNP) as a Forest Conservation Officer at Assistant Director level, handling forestry licensing, logging and harvesting permits, enforcement monitoring, policy input, AAC reporting, and OSH committee responsibilities. She has since returned to KPKKT, where she continues to serve as a Operation Manager
